1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bookaflow ('the platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use Bookaflow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of others, or restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the platform.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Bookings and Payments
Bookings made through Bookaflow are agreements between the customer and the hobby business. Bookaflow facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the booking agreement. Payment terms, refunds, and cancellations are subject to the policies of the individual hobby business.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bookaflow B.V. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookaflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any bookings made through it.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
